Good morning & Good Monday Y’all!! ☀️ First I’d like to thank @gothcaps & @unikeyboardsofficial for sending out the desk mat & switches I’m featuring. I’m extremely grateful 🙏🏻 First up let’s talk specs on the Keygeek Cyan. Specs: 🔵 Switch Type: Linear 🔵 Manufacturer: Keygeek 🔵 Stem material: L4 POM 🔵 Top Housing: Polished PC 🔵 Bottom Housing: Polished PA6 🔵 Operating Force: 42±2g 🔵 Bottom-out Force: 52±2g 🔵 Pre-travel: 2.0mm 🔵 Total Travel: 3.6±0.2mm 🔵 Spring: KOS 20mm single-stage extended Typing Feel: The Cyan is very comfortable to type on. The 52g bottom out coupled with the shorter 3.6mm travel allows for a nice balanced bottom out that isn’t fatiguing or tiring over longer typing sessions. Sound: I really enjoy the sound profile here. The Cyan has a nice full bodied sound that is just bright enough but not overly loud or clacky. Sounds fantastic on Alu plate. QC: The lubing is fantastic for a factory lubed switch with no mushy feelings in my batch of 90 & there are no crap sounds to be heard (spring ping/crunch, etc) stem wobble is minimal & housings are tight.
