This Guatemala reminds us of brown sugar and grapefruit. 🤤
A creamy and sweet coffee with a splash of citrus, it’s a Pache San Ramon variety coffee grown at Las Flores farm owned by a father/son duo!
The coffee cherries are picked and then fermented overnight before being patio dried for 25-30 days.
The result is a coffee that is high in sweetness with a creamy body and gentle grapefruit acidity that makes for sweet espresso and filter that is as lively as it is crowd pleasing.

Today we finalized our next @gotcoffee.co coffee release ☕️😍 Before we release a coffee, we test a lot of different roast profiles to makes sure it’s dialed in just right 🤌 The evaluation process is called “cupping”! We line them up blind and then choose our faves! Then we brew them as both espresso and filter.
