Meet the moderator of the First Conference for Sport Climbing Coaches, Gorazd Hren.
Gorazd Hren has been the Head Coach of the Slovenian Senior National Sport Climbing Team for over 10 years, after previously working for six years with junior national athletes. His coaching career is built on long-term athlete development, systematic work within the national team structure, and sustained success at the highest international level. He has worked with some of the world’s top climbers while remaining strongly focused on building depth and continuity in the Slovenian climbing system. As moderator of the conference, Gorazd will guide discussions, connect key topics, and bring a valuable coach’s perspective to the exchange of knowledge throughout the event.

Gorazd Hren već više od 10 godina obnaša ulogu izbornika seniorske slovenske reprezentacije u sportskom penjanju, nakon što je prethodno šest godina radio s juniorskim reprezentativcima. Njegova trenerska karijera temelji se na dugoročnom razvoju sportaša, sustavnom radu unutar reprezentativnog sustava te kontinuiranim uspjesima na najvišoj međunarodnoj razini. Radio je s nekim od najboljih penjača na svijetu, uz snažan fokus na izgradnju širine i kontinuiteta slovenskog sustava sportskog penjanja. Kao moderator konferencije, Gorazd će voditi rasprave, povezivati ključne teme i donijeti vrijednu perspektivu trenera u razmjenu znanja tijekom cijelog događanja.
