Goose Studio is 5 ❤️‍🔥 Five years ago, I opened the doors to Goose Studio, hoping to create a space where creativity could flourish. I wanted to share my knowledge of printmaking processes and equipment with other artists, foster community and create an environment that naturally encourages and promotes creativity, experimentation and play. 🥁 Since then, I’ve been constantly inspired by the incredible people and talent that have filled the studio. Whether you’ve joined a beginners workshop, trusted me with your hand screen printed artworks via our print services, developed your Risograph skills at Riso Club, or become part of our community online —thank you 🙏 Goose Studio wouldn’t be what it is without you 🌸 Realising how quickly these five years have flown by, I wanted to take a moment to mark the occasion. And, in doing so, I decided to step out of my comfort zone. 👋 Its me, Sarah — the face behind the Goose. I much prefer being on the other side of the camera, but this felt like the right time to introduce myself properly. Here’s to many more years of creativity, collaboration, and community🪿. We’ve just donated £630 raised from sales of our Charity Riso Print to @hope_and_play_charity 🇵🇸 Your money has gone to a charity dedicated to bringing hope and play to Palestinian children who are denied these most basic rights. Hope and Play builds safe spaces to play, offers learning opportunities, and provides trauma support to children who need it most.
