Soooooo, if you saw a job advertised on Seek to join the legendary Goodwork HR team over the weekend, and are wondering where it has disappeared to...
We had to pull it after 4 days because we kinda accidentally received 2,000 applications straight out of the gate. 😳 A tidal wave, you might say!

As a team, we spent the day really sharpening up our operating system - we call it GOODWORK.OS! 😎
This framework is basically a roadmap for how we work and interact (values), how we collaborate (meeting rhythms/decision-making protocols/communication systems/technology) and how we ensure that we are delivering a really consistent and impactful service to every single client.

We had our first ever Goodwork HR Family Fun Day on the weekend, and it might be one of the coolest things we've ever done. ☀️🎡🤹♂️ Such a fun day.
In a serious moment we tried to give the kids a passionate speech about considering a future career in HR. No takers.🤷🏻♂️

Goodwork HR kicked off yet another Leadership Development Program this week, with an exceptional group of current and emerging leaders at Ashley Cooper Construction.
This business has its priorities right - values-driven, customer-centric, and committed to drawing every ounce of potential out of its team. Luke Ashley-Cooper gets it.
We’re now running these across several really diverse industries, and it’s been pretty cool to see them received with lots of enthusiasm and open-mindedness across the board. This stuff isn’t typecast as fluffy bullish*t anymore. 😎
They’re so fun to facilitate. We feel very lucky to do this work. 👌🏻

Honestly, they are just a team of absolute guns. Wildly capable, incredible humans, who coincidentally all have young kids. The tightrope they all walk with the competing demands in their average week is INCREDIBLE. They are formidable. 😎🏆

We stumbled across this graphic yeeeeeears ago and it always stuck with us. It tells a really compelling story!
Leadership obviously comes with priorities for today and this week. But it's actually pretty cool when you start to look at it from a really broad legacy standpoint.
At one point or another, virtually every incredible leader sat at the bottom of an organisational chart, and it's scary to think they may not have hit their potential under other circumstances. 🤔
