Goodside Studios

We’re proud to introduce Goodside (@goodside_studios ) — a new pole studio in Nolita where design, self-expression, and strength converge — now featured in @dezeen . Upstairs you’ll find lofty ceilings and the tallest poles in NYC. The lower studio is intimate and atmospheric  —  grounding the practice inward and inviting focus, presence, and a deeper connection to the body. We shaped the space as a setting for authenticity, empowerment, and ritual. Warm oak, plaster, and saturated warm tones pair with a precise spatial framework — a gridded walnut/oak floor and a twelve-foot curtain colonnade — giving structure to the duality at the core of the project: discipline and rigor held alongside expressive freedom. Goodside is a place where movement becomes form — cultivating a sense of grounded power. Designed to honor both the precision and sensuality of pole, it marks a new kind of studio for a new kind of dancer: expressive, unapologetic, and fully at home in their body.
