Something cheery to celebrate every full moon of the year 🌝
Ever since I was young, I’ve been enamored by the names of things. I was fascinated by the different colors of crayons and what they were called and named every single one of my stuffed animals. As an adult, that hasn’t changed too much. I still have a name for all of my dog’s toys, my car (it’s Tango if you’re wondering!) and love knowing what things are called—paint chips, trails, colors, mountains, canyons, lakes (really, so many locations in nature) and of course, the full moons!
Names give character and identity to everything, making them feel so important and special! When I moved last year, we repainted a wall in the color Perfect Backdrop✨ (but were debating between Koala🐨 and Timber Dust🪵) and I find that so fun!
Honored to create the artwork for @5gyres Plastic-Free Parks campaign this year!
Plastic-Free Parks is an annual project to track plastic waste in national, state and local parks. The goal is to identify common materials, items and brands, in order to initiate solutions to reduce and protect parks from plastic pollution.
I personally am planning on participating in the campaign and you can too! If you’d like to take part, you can learn more at @5gyres , visit their website and download the TrashBlitz app (then visit a park, pick up litter and submit what you find). Many of us already enjoy the outdoors by visiting parks on a regular basis and this is an easy way to turn those visits into action. So get involved, protect your public lands and pick up some trash!
✸ FIREWEED BASIN ✸ A mountain scene of fireweed wildflowers dancing in a glacial meadow. This piece was inspired by warm days, high altitude, atmospheric views and the beauty of twilight.
Counting down the days until I can get up high and see the fireweed bloom again 💕
Happy first day of spring from this pika and its bundle of wildflowers! 🌼🌱🪻
Over the holidays, I experimented with making greeting cards (including one featuring this pika pal) and decided to keep them in my rotation for now! I’ll have four designs at @fromtheearthmarket on Sunday (March 22), along with some new prints! Come say hi if you’re in SLC over the weekend ✨
Excited to share my entry for the @kulacloth 2026 design contest!
This design is dedicated to wild landscapes and what makes them special. Our natural spaces are home to so many species, plants and environments (like this bear roaming the edge of a mountain lake! 🐻) — and this is a small reminder to keep nature wild, as it was always intended to be.
Voting goes from March 15–31 — it would mean so much to have your support! 💚 #kulaclothdesign2026
It’s finally snowing again! It felt like an appropriate day to share this little deer in the snow. Always love how the earth feels after being covered in a fresh blanket 🌨️
There are some new faces here so I thought I’d do a get to know me post! I’ve actually never done one of these before so it feels a little vulnerable, but one of my goals is to be more open and give more backstory into myself and my business. Here are a few things that make me, me.
Let me know if you relate to any of this! Is there anything else you want to know about me? Ask in the comments and I’ll answer 😊
Poster + sticker design created for @nateforutah
I’m grateful to have had the chance to contribute to a small part of Nate’s campaign. It means a lot to me.
Lately, I’ve been feeling conflicted in wanting to share my work when there’s so much damage and harm happening in the world, but in many ways, art can be powerful and I want to make sure that I use my voice to stand up for what I value and believe in.
If you’re seeing this again after yesterday’s collab post, thank you for being here and taking the time to read this! I just wanted to take a moment to post to my page as well 💛
2025. I always love looking back on the year to see how my work has evolved and shifted. Though I didn’t create as much personal work as I hoped to, the things I was able to create really matter to me. I worked with some amazing small businesses and organizations and I’m very grateful for that! One thing that remained constant was my inspiration being rooted in lived experiences in the wilderness and a deep appreciation for the planet.
2025 was hard in many ways too—small and big changes in life, leaning into trying new things and letting go of what doesn’t align with me.
I’m so glad you’re here and following along! Here’s to more art, rest, balance + adventure in 2026 ⚡️
