Today's the day! After two years of living and breathing this film… Life Could Be A Dream officially lands in Palace cinemas across Australia. And yep, we’re still trying to process that sentence. We couldn’t be prouder to be co-producers on this film and the reactions it’s getting from audiences, partners, the film industry and the FDV sector. This is one of those films that really does need to be seen in a cinema. It’s fully immersive, visceral and designed to be experienced in your whole body. We cannot wait for you to see it. Link in bio. Let us know what you think.

Opens today!!! To anyone we have ever known, please tell 10 people you know to see our small but potent film this weekend and give it time to breathe. The Man Cave receives a contribution from every ticket sold, supporting the incredible work they do with young men across Australia. Independent Australian films live or die by their opening weekend. Every ticket, every post, every conversation genuinely matters. Thank you for carrying this film with us. Life Could Be a Dream , in cinemas nationally from today.

Over the last month, we’ve been in our glad rags travelling the country with the Dream Team at preview screenings of Life Could be a Dream. Sitting in packed cinemas with strangers, friends, survivors, mums and sons, advocates and entire community groups watching this story together for the very first time. The reactions have blown us away. The Q&As with audiences. Conversations in foyers afterwards. The text messages later. People telling us they’re still thinking, talking and feeling the film long after the credits rolled. This is exactly why we make films, and co-produced this, our first feature. Thank you to all those who showed up to support independent filmmaking, and to those spreading the word. It opens nationally at all Palace Cinemas tomorrow. To find one near you head to the link in our bio.

5 years ago, Dave Winner went out for a surf. When he was smashed up on the rocks unconscious and with a broken spine, it was only because bystanders knew CPR that his life was saved. After his recovery, his mission became clear: to teach 1 million Australians CPR, and give them free and easy access wherever they are. He is an absolute bona fide legend, and we are so proud to be working with him and @benrennie to film a series of training videos which will sit on the soon-to-launched @winnerfoundation app, and save more Australian lives, 1 beat at a time.

Have you heard of Nature Deficit Disorder? It means our kids no longer have the capacity to deal with hardship because they haven’t had the opportunity to climb trees, take risks and step outside their comfort zones. When we do play in nature, you rely on your own innate resources, self-regular, collaborate, become attentive and curious… all things fundamental to growth. The solution? A Centre for Nature Discovery, in the heart (and lungs!) of Sydney. A hub for education and community. We loved getting the dirt under our fingers for a day of work and play at Centennial Parklands and imagining what the future might look like. #wildplay #natureplay #centrefornaturediscovery #behindthescenes

Life Could Be A Dream is a new Australian film coming to cinemas! It's been described as "a fractured fairytale of resilience and grace", and it's about confronting mythologies around true love and what 'perfect' relationships look like. This is a story about breaking cycles: a mother trying to model strength for her son while learning what it means to let go and begin again. At its heart lies the fierce and fragile bond between mother Sarah and her teenage son Otis as they redefine their relationship and discover what liberation can look like. @themancave_aus is pleased to help highlight this film ahead of its national release on 14 May, and to support the important conversations it can open up for boys, young men, families and the wider community. Don't miss it in cinemas! Get tickets at .au
