New year, new logo. 👀😍
We made it to YEAR 5 and 2026 is officially the year of upgrades! We’ve got a fresh new look coming, but don’t worry, it’s still very much us. We’ll have a few subs, many new flavours, but all with the same love. 🥪🍦🫶
Our shop signage is getting a glow-up, so catch one last look at the old logo before it disappears, then stop by to say hello to the new one. Out with the old, in with the bold.

Thornbury, we missed you… and we’re finally coming back! 🍦🍔🎉
🚨 We’re so excited to announce that our pop-up is officially returning to the same spot as last summer at @theportthornbury ! 🚨
We’ll be opening tomorrow (Friday) and for now, we’ll be there Friday through Sunday, with extended hours coming in July.
And this year, we’re not just coming back with scoops…
We’re bringing ice cream, burgers, fries, and all the good stuff with us. Think sunny days by the water, a burger in one hand, a scoop in the other, and Good Behaviour back in Thornbury for another summer.

The countdown to our Creemore summer pop-up is officially on! 🍦☀️😍
We’re back starting Friday, May 15 at the same spot as last summer, in the garden between @heirloom142 and @lagomdesignshops .
Here are our Creemore hours for now, with extended summer hours coming July 1st:

And since we’re back in Creemore, we had to bring back a returning favourite with our friends at @heirloom142 and @lagomdesignshops , Midsummer Dream! 🍒
Inspired by Scandinavian summer traditions, this seasonal flavour starts with a lingonberry and cardamom base, swirled with strawberry compote and layered with crunchy rye crumble for an earthy, toasted finish.
This flavour will be very limited as we continue to try and get more lingonberries (very hard to get!). You’ll be able to grab Midsummer Dream at our Creemore pop-up, as well as in pints and scoops at all other GB locations while supplies last!

We had our teams in the Millennial PR and Gen Z departments, as well as Eric’s 10 year old daughter, craft a marketing message to promote our Dragon Poop ice cream, and this is what they came up with! 👀🍦
One thing they could all agree on, just expressed in very different ways, is that this flavour is the ultimate scoop… colourful, delicious, and undeniably fire. 🔥🍓🍌
And yes… delivery is finally back again. We missed her too. Enjoy a pint today through pickup and delivery!

We couldn’t pass up the chance to capture the cherry blossoms in full bloom with our Sakura Oolong & Lychee ice cream, in collaboration with author @johnota . 🌸🍦
Even better, pair it with his new book The Dining Room. 📕 One chapter takes place during sakura season in Japan, and we’ve translated that moment into ice cream form.
It features a sakura oolong base with ripples of lychee, floral and delicate, with a light tea finish lifted by the soft, fragrant sweetness of lychee. 🌸

☕️🍦 NEW FLAVOUR ALERT! 🍦☕️
May is here, and so is the return of our Afternoon Tea ice cream, just in time for Mother’s Day! 🫖💐 This is our third Flavour of the Month, inspired by slow afternoons, good company, and something sweet to share.
It starts with a floral earl grey base, steeped directly into cream and milk. We fold in chunks of buttery lemon scones and strips of in-house candied orange. ☕️🍋🍊
Afternoon Tea is one of our OG flavours and a longtime summer favourite, but it’s also a special one. It was created by Chef Michael’s wife, Gracia Bunarto, the original GB! ❤️
Scoops and pints are now available at all locations. Treat mom (and yourself)!
It’s been just over a week since we called out the dairy mafia for blocking us from selling our ice cream pints on delivery 🚫📦.
First off, thank you to everyone who spoke up 🗣️, commented 💬, shared 🔁, and helped bring attention to it. We saw it all, and we genuinely appreciate the support ❤️.
Now for the update…
We’ve officially been cleared to sell our ice cream pints on delivery platforms again, including Uber Eats and Ambassador 🎉🍦!
But let’s be clear: it doesn’t make what happened okay. We lost time ⏳, we lost momentum 📉, and we had to fight 🥊 to get back something we should have been allowed to do in the first place.
But we’re back 💪. And we’re still pushing toward the same goal:
350,000 pints this year 🍦🚀
