got experimental with testing nominal amounts of pink tones and really it’s become a catalogue of the only pink colored items I’ll allow in my life. pink on plates and nothing else.
massive gratitude and nice to meet everyone at @newartdealers ceramics show last week. The ability to be face to face and explain my exploratory hand building process is what connects people to my work. Discovery of pattern and texture is a through line of my process that I continue to manipulate through familiar forms in function. Ribbed for your pleasure. 😉
Thanks for stopping by & see you soon!
Pictured; a variety of planters made in various stoneware. Slipped high-fire, glazed mid-fire, and low fire terra-cotta.

Hi all! Trying something new, swipe thru for more information on gathering for ceramic hand-building class (this weekend!) for those who seek a cozy 2hr activity. In solidarity with everyone who is sitting out today and showing up for community, opening up our space (tomorrow) is how we can show up for you.

“When you dislike someone’s actions and are quietly (or not) rolling in animosity towards them, you not only weigh yourself down; you strengthen future reactions of anger. Progress is realizing that fixating on what happened cannot change the past, that a calm mind can certainly help build a better future.“ - adapted from Yung Pueblo
See you soon
