This recognition is not mine alone, it belongs to our entire team, to every hand involved, every long day, and every service carried out with intention and respect. It is also for my family, who have been my foundation, my strength, and my reason throughout this demanding yet beautiful journey.
We have worked with love, discipline, and dedication to provide our guests with a genuine experience, caring for every detail. Equally important has been our close collaboration with local fishermen, which allows us to offer a cuisine rooted in quality, sustainability, and purpose, one that respects the product, the ocean, and our people.
I am beyond proud, filled with a joy that words can hardly contain, and truly grateful and honored to be part of this moment.
I also want to congratulate my friends, colleagues, and fellow Puerto Rican professionals who are being recognized today, proudly putting our island on the map and showcasing the talent, passion, and unique flavor that define us as Boricuas.
May this momentum continue, and may we keep celebrating the beauty of our culinary industry, our homeland, and our identity.
