We dive into family goals together, working with the kids and introducing simple frameworks like SMART goals so they can start thinking intentionally at a young age.

Yesterday, after 150 miles in the saddle, we pulled into San Angelo, Texas, to stand with the Nelson family. When Kash was nearly a year old, he survived a near-drowning accident. He is home now, but the road back is steep. For his family, the recovery hasn’t just been a medical battle…it’s been a constant war with insurance and the system just to get Kash what he needs to thrive.
We didn’t just want to “help”; we wanted to provide room for them to breathe.
By covering their mortgage for the next six months, providing a new hospital bed for Kash’s home care, and ensuring their groceries are taken care of, we’re aiming to lift the “survival” weight off their shoulders, even if it’s just for a moment. We even made sure big brother had some new toys to smile about, because this impact hits the whole family.
