I was in London and I came across poet Kit Kipling busking under the hot sun at Trafalgar Square. I showed him a photo of @gomapaws and asked him to write a poem for her. Here goes.

Their hearts beat for us without condition. Let this piece remind us of the quiet devotion that dogs give so freely. ❤️🐾
I created The Waiting Heart as a tribute to the loyalty, patience, and unwavering love our dogs hold within them. The marbled textures flow like veins of gold and silver, symbolising the layers of strength, tenderness, and hope carried in every rescue dog waiting for a chance to be seen.
They wait for us, sometimes in silence, sometimes in shadows, but always with faith. And when we show up, their entire world lights up. ✨
This artwork is a reminder of that sacred bond:
to cherish their gentle presence,
to protect those who cannot speak,
and to stand for the paws that love us endlessly.
Let’s continue supporting our shelters, celebrating second chances, and giving voice to the hearts that wait with love. 🐶💛

Sent Goma to @justinthegroomer for full grooming one day before I flew off to Switzerland. Came back 10 days later and she still smell amazing and her coat is so soft and fluffy.

This video is not fast-forwarded, Goma really went wild over the scent of Trove Blends. Honestly, this is so easy to prepare, just mix, freeze, and serve. Some days I go all out with a fancy treat for her, and other days I’m short on time. She’s obsessed. And honestly… same.

If you know me, you know food is my love language. Of course, Goma gets the same treatment! Made her a special treat using @lunoji ’s twirl lick mat, and it definitely kept her busy as she licked to get every bit of yogurt out of the nooks and crannies. Licking is naturally calming for dogs, this made it the perfect mix of a treat and a soothing activity

I had so much fun with Bel today. She is 8 months older than me. We ran, we jumped and we checked out this other boy at the other table while @bryanfoong & @kaylywayly eat and catch up. 🐾 can’t wait to play with Bel again . 💕

I realized that once Goma was outdoors, all her training at home went out the window—even her treats didn’t seem to work.
To overcome this, I started training her outside almost every morning, beginning with simple commands that kept her engaged and close to me, like sit, paw, high five, and look here.
As she improved, I gradually introduced more challenging commands like stay and come here, helping her build focus and responsiveness even with distractions around. Over time, she started paying more attention, following commands more reliably.

I met Tron for the first time. I was excited and jumpy but I think he may not have liked that very much. But at the end of the day we didn’t bear to go home. @shawn_tgj guided us to play together…I hope to meet and play with Tron again!
