We’re back at it today, with a LOT more food to sell, so hopefully we can keep up with y’all’s appetites! We’re still putting the finishing touches on the whole operation, finalizing website, tweaking recipes, etc so thanks for your patience while we get our feet on the ground and figure out how best to serve you all!
For the time being, we’ve decided that a break in the middle of the day is pretty necessary for us to prepare for dinner service. We will be open 11-2:30, and 4:00-8:00 Wed-Sun. We would love to expand those hours eventually, but it will likely take some time to get our bearings.

Gold Standard opens this Wednesday, April 15
Elise and Adam are the duo behind downtown’s newest restaurant, Gold Standard. You might know them from Chicory. They’re still downtown, still committed to local food, and still making tasty treats.
Gold Standard will be a counter-service restaurant, focusing on fried chicken, and a lunch menu to start.
Future plans include an expanded menu to include breakfast and dinner, possible fancier things like a supper club or events, and more.
