We met again at @harajukudayla , a celebration of Harajuku fashion in Little Tokyo. I previously met and took their portrait at @creepydollzmarket
Part of my street portrait project on Harajuku fashion.
“I have been going off and on to Harajuku Day for I think a little over a year. 🤔 I love seeing the variety of outfits and chatting with other people with similar interests or fun fashion styles. As well as some chances to get cheaper cool second hand clothes and fun handmade accessories.
“The main idea I had for my outfit was taking the greens and natural colors of the Mori kei theme and put together something based on what I have. I don't have a lot of Mori kei like pieces so I wanted to use some fun items I had to make a wandering alchemist type vibe for my outfit. I'm glad I went with a lighter look especially with how hot it was. (• ▽ •;) When I put together a new coord I get happy looking in the mirror/ taking pictures. I'm a generally awkward person but I'm getting a bit more confident in myself a step at a time with clothes that make me happy. (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧”

It was so nice meeting Gin at Creepy Dollz Market @creepydollzmarket , an event celebrating the cute and creepy side of Japanese Harajuku fashion in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.
“I was born and raised in southern California in the LA county. I enjoy all kinds of crafty activities and just making things with my hands.
“I like going to fashion events to see all kinds of approaches to people's aesthetic and personal fashion. I also really like being able to chat with people with similar interests or fandoms and the chance to make friends through that. (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧
“I often choose what to wear to these events based on mood and what's on my mind. My itabag was for Valvatorez from Disgaea 4 and I built my outfit loosely on that since it was his birthday that day lol. I often also try to match with my plush, who I've named Spiyoi, since I've grown so attached to my little creature. It's a silly little thing I enjoy and now I've had people recognize me since I so often have him with me. (^～^;)ゞ”
