If you're new here, my name is Shauna. I am the founder of Go for Bold Operations. I have a super big personality and an even bigger passion for my business and what I do. Born and Raised in Louisiana and crawfish is just one of my favorite foods with a whole lot of others, lol. Before I stepped in the virtual world, I was a loan officer of almost a decade so being detailed always has been in me. Im a mom (my little one is named after me Shaun*) and wife and family/friendships are super important to me. When Im not watching a movie from the 90's or catching some live entertainment, Im more than likely laughing my heart out. We hope you are enjoying our rebrand and all the exciting changes! Any questions, please email us at [email protected]

For the last five years, I’ve been a ā€œvirtual assistantā€ā€”handling admin work, streamlining systems, and keeping businesses running smoothly behind the scenes. But I quickly realized something…Women entrepreneurs need more than just support. They need structure, strategy, and systems that actually work. They need a FOUNDATION! See, the foundation of your business is by far the most important—it keeps things running smoothly and sets you up to win. Without a strong foundation, scaling becomes impossible, chaotic, and opportunities slip through the cracks. That’s why I created Go for Bold Operations—a place where bold, confident women running businesses eliminate overwhelm, streamline operations, and scale with confidence. As an Operations and Systems Manager, I specialize in helping you build your business foundation that lasts. From setting up automations and creating processes to operations and team management, I’m here to make sure your business operates smoothly. ✨ WE ARE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! ✨ Schedule a free discovery call today—click the link in our bio to get started!

OUR LIVE REPLAY ā¤µļø "Solopreneur Habits to Break"

If you want to empower your team, it all starts with clear support and communication. šŸ—£ļøšŸ¤ If a team member says… ā€œI’m confused!ā€ ā€œI don’t know where xyz is?ā€ ā€œWho do I contact forā€? These statements will eventually affect work. Make sure your team has access to solid training resources so they always know what to do. Keep them housed in one place. Use a system like ClickUp or Asana to assign work clearly and keep everyone on the same page. And if you don’t use Slack, no worries just have a clear communication channel in place(many platforms have chat features) so your team always knows how to reach you throughout the week. …and last but not least don’t forget to celebrate wins, because recognizing progress keeps everyone motivated. Your team is who helps you keep it all together so be sure to thank them for their amazing hard work. When your team is supported, they are empowered to do their best work. Trust me! šŸ˜‰ Need help managing your team: complete our inquiry form today to become a retainer client!

We talked about tracking time but that’s just scratching the surface. If you're serious about scaling, you need to be tracking metrics that actually move the needle and I am not just talking solely revenue. For example... šŸ“Š How efficient is your team really? āš™ļø Are your systems running smoothly or are you still doing tons of manual labor? šŸ’” Are you retaining clients and are they satisfied? It’s time to track operational KPIs that reflect the health of your business! At Go for Bold, we can help you evaluate and dive into data that goes beyond. If you want long-term sustainability and growth, you have to know this information. Interested in becoming a client? Complete our inquiry form located in our bio. šŸ”—

To track time or not to track time... ā±ļø For some, time tracking feels time consuming and totally unnecessary but for me, it’s a key part of my internal process. I don’t just track hours to see how much I’m working, I track to understand where my time is actually going. It gives me clarity on where I’m most needed, what can be delegated, and where systems need tightening. Time is data and using it will help your business run even tighter. Don't forget a lot of your project management tools like Asana and ClickUp have time tracking capabilities, start using them. Got questions, send us a DM šŸ“©

My client had a team but her business was growing and fast. We knew eventually we would need to outsource more to support her growth but the hiring process felt very pieced together and overwhelming. āŒNo documented hiring workflow āŒJob description missing our most used systems. āŒNo system for completing or sorting applicants responses Just pressure to ā€œhave it together when the time comes.ā€ She needed structure and strategy. So I did what I do best and thats make the hard things easy! 🧩 Built a hiring SOP that outlined every step of the process šŸ“ Crafted job descriptions that were clear, aligned, and role-specific šŸ“£ Created job postings that didn’t just list tasks—but spoke to the right candidates So when the time does come to hire again—she’s hiring with intention. Because building a business isn’t just about adding team members. It’s about creating the backend foundation that allows you to scale without the stress. That’s the bold difference. šŸ˜‰
