The Lord gave me a word for the church so we can understand the times we’re living in. This is a call of judgment toward the shepherds who have not led His flock the way they were called to. But it’s also a time where God is going after His sheep — to heal them, train them, and love on them. We are in a season of testing. God is allowing the fiery trials to see who is truly rooted in Christ and who is not. There will be a falling away, but it’s so the remnant can arise. And when the remnant arises, we will see revival again — like in the days of the Book of Acts — where the Spirit of God is no longer left out, but included in everything we do. #christianposts #christianity #fypシ゚viralシfypシ゚ #prophecy

You already have content… you’re just not posting it.
Sis, stop holding onto what God already gave you. This is my Blast From the Past challenge — every Throwback Thursday I’m posting old videos from when I first started creating. This came from my free eBook about showing up authentically online. This vegan cream cheese video was the beginning for me. Back then, I didn’t know much about social media — I just created for fun and followed the assignment God gave me. And that’s why I’m sharing this now. As creatives, we overthink, procrastinate, and wait for perfection before we move. But someone out there needs to see you start, not just see you polished. So if perfectionism has been stopping you from answering the call on your life, this is your sign:
Start with what you got. Don’t overanalyze it. Celebrate the small wins. I’m on a reset journey… and maybe you should be too. Don’t think I forgot to tell you the recipe. Now this ain’t a precise recipe but it will help. Recipe: First soak, roasted cashews and warm water for about four hours then drain the water add it to your food processor or your blender. Fry up with a little bit of vegetable or olive oil in a pan, the white of green onions and two garlic cloves, then add red crushed pepper at the end that is optional. Start to blend your cashews until they create like a pace then add a little bit of water at a time while the blender is going so it could get smooth. add a block of extra firm tofu then you wanna add spicy mustard a little bit of lemon juice a lot of salt, a little black pepper and a little bit of oil blend it too smooth. Towards the end, that’s when you wanna add back in your fried onion and garlic pulse it just a little bit once you take it out you can add the green part of the green onions and just mix it in leave it overnight to let the flavor settle and marinate then you can use within two days max three unfortunately with the tofu it doesn’t last that long. Enjoy.

Part of my wellness reset means creating from scratch. This vegan Chia pudding parfait is layered with homemade cranberry jam, blackberry applesauce, pistachios, and dark chocolate. This is the perfect way to end my night before going into my 16 hour fast. Now my wellness reset journey has not been all perfect but I’ve been intentional about making changes and that’s what it’s all about. Not that you won’t have the bumps and grooves but that you keep making steps into the right direction. So when I first started off, making this quick cranberry jam, I used fresh cranberries, boiling it for 10 minutes with orange peel, and lemon peel to brighten the flavors up then I added cane sugar and maple sugar to sweeten it and a little bit of pink salt to round out all the flavors. As thicken it, I used Chia seeds instead of flour because it’s more beneficial. Then I realized it was a little bit too thick because when it cools it will get thicker so I added a little bit of my homemade blackberry applesauce that I made. As if the a Chia seed pudding, so easy! You just have to add Chia seeds, oat milk, and maple syrup then let it sit for a couple hours to thicken up then start your layering. So this is perfect dessert, snack or something on the go to take with you. So I wanna know sis, how has your wellness journey been going? #wellnesscoaching #wellnessgirl #veganfoodies #foodiesofinsta #ᴡᴇʟʟɴᴇssᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏ

Why be basic when you can be different? 👀🔥 These are Not Your Ordinary Beef Nachos — a little spicy, a little tangy, made with juicy 85/15 ground beef, and the perfect healthier twist for game night or chill night. I filmed the whole recipe + a hilarious sit-down chat at the end (because food and fellowship just hit different). I’m on my wellness reset journey, and I’m bringing you with me — in the kitchen, in faith, and in life. 💛 Watch the full video, grab the recipe, and join the reset journey by subscribing to the channel. My social life needed a reset… and I didn’t realize mine would happen on my birthday. I went out with my friend Faith to the bowling alley. Girl let me type when I said my fun life took a deep fall that just an understatement. I didn’t realize how much I allowed things to slip through the cracks through growing my business and ministry. I got so focused on ambition that I forgot how to be a daughter and just relax. The God is so good when he gave me the word reset I didn’t think my social life would get a reset. Also that was the last thing that was on my mind. Now I’ve been in a season just remembering what it means to be a daughter of God. Understanding that he’s handling everything and he has everything in control. So even though I’m not a huge fan of bowling, I still decided to go because I find it to be a good thing to do when going out with friends and it hit my budget goals. Plus I was just so happy that I had to end with a dance that I finally got a better score my friend on the other end, but it was awesome. You might need to press reset too, and that’s OK no judgment comment reset if this resonated with you #funfridays #softlife #wellnessgirl #sociallife #christianwomen

When we talk about wellness, we can’t separate the natural from the spiritual. They go hand in hand. On my liquid fast I made a simple green soup out of okra, broccoli butter, beans, and more, then blended it up. Part of wellness is not to just detox my system naturally but my spirit also so I can hear from God more clearly. Let’s talk finances for real. We love saying “boss lady,” but nobody really talks about budgeting like it’s boss lady language… and honestly, it should be. Soft life means disciplined money. Boss lady means budgeting. Even when going out. I’m still learning from my mistakes with money and applying the gentle corrections the Lord has been showing me. Even on my birthday, I had to be intentional — not spending crazy, but spending with diligence. I love me some Chinatown! Why? 1. It’s great for budgeting. 2. Amazing choices of food. My friend and I went out to eat and spent less than $35 combined. 👀If you ever heard smart spending baby, this is it and we ate good. So this is what my financial reset look like. Comment “reset” if this resonates with you, I have a financial planner that I’m using myself to get my finances together that would help you as well. Apart of my wellness reset journey I am trying to eat less meat… so I went to the Chinese market for some vegan/vegetarian options. Am a big meat eater but I been looking for more ways to add protein into my meals that doesn’t look like meat meat and more meat lol. Even though this girly love veggies!!!! So I find Chinese markets that best places to shop for vegan food options because of major variety and low prices. A budget girl dream haha who said you couldn’t have best of both worlds? Wellness and budget Ok! Comment reset to join the journey with me #wellnessgirl #womenempoweringwomen #budgeting101 #veganfoodies #ᴡᴇʟʟɴᴇssᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏ

Another day at the pantry cooking for 170 people this week, we made sausage and beans with rice and carrots. Such a American classic twist on hotdogs and beans but elevated. I like the people that come here to eat to feel special we don’t have much but I’d like to do the best with what we have. Every week we serve the community but right now we’re at risk of losing a building because of debt. If you would like to support comment support below rather it’s volunteering or donating I appreciate all my volunteers and if that’s all you can do at the moment that’s great enough. Thank you for being a part of a mission. being a boss lady doesn’t just mean working, but it means taking care of your community also and give them back. #bossladiesmindset #bossladies #charitywork #givingbacktothecommunity #cookingvlogs

Boss lady and homemaker actually go hand in hand — it doesn’t stop my entrepreneurial journey. I always wanted to make more things from scratch so I made pumpkin fettuccine pasta. But I’ll be honest with you. It didn’t come out the way I wanted to, but that’s the journey. It looks like mistakes, learning and growth. So in this season of preparation that God has me and I’m learning to enjoy the process and I’m learning to continue making steps in the right direction. So I wanna know what season God has you in now. Comment “me” to go on the journey with me #foodiesoftiktok #bosslady #womenempoweringwomen #wellnessgirlies #homemaker
