I had the chance to feed thousands of people alongside these guys last summer, so I already knew the level they operate at (Arrogant😀 C*&%*)– but seeing what Dom and Jimmy have built with this new restaurant is seriously impressive. Jimmy in particular is a chef I’ve got a lot of respect for. But who cares 🤷🏽♂️ Let’s concentrate on the food 🔥
Today I went for the smoked meat tray and it was next level. Perfectly smoked meats, juicy sausages, tender brisket, wings packed with flavour, proper sides – everything cooked with real care and serious BBQ skill. Without a doubt the best smoked meats in Norfolk.
Huge congratulations @thearrogantbbq on the new spot. You’re absolutely smashing it and it’s great to see it packed out on a Kushty Thursday..If these guys ever start taking over pubs around here it would be a game changer… proper BBQ like this alongside some beer taps??? I can’t think of anything better
However…you can bring your own beer which for some reasons feels so great…fuck knows why 🤷🏽♂️
