Our performance festival has taken a new stage. Not only in form, but also because it is a place where participating artists explore and challenge new expressions.

It's time for our festival to take off overseas. It is a long-awaited event in another country. My wish is still ahead. This festival is worth the challenge that can only be done in this place. Anyway, it's about expressing it in a difficult way. Because there is still a possibility.I would like to thank Susana SK for her efforts to make it happen.

Participating artists
Dagmar Glausnitzer-Smith
artist, performer, producer, and curator based in Germany.
Her philosophical approach also resulted from her early research at the University of Munich, Germany (in 1980), when her understanding of physical and ideological material complexity allowed metaphysical thinking to enter into introspective recollections of a geo-psychological appraisal. To begin relational reflection on the artist’s position in the world, she started shaping a conscious, reflexive ‘Self’ in text and writing while traveling with MS Ludwigshafen, Merchant Marines (in 1991), where she worked as a deck hand. The situation of seclusion and isolation has led to a sacrificial testimony of how the responsibility of being an artist is integrated into changing time and places, naming and rethinking of what appears to be known and unknown.

[Susana SK] From Madrid, Spain
Action art & care. Weaving 'inner stillness' & 'the potency of deed'. Art is Life.
An artist whose creative thread weaves through multiple realms, rooted in the visceral language of action and performance art. She refined her craft at the University of Salamanca in Spain and the AKV St. Joost School of Art & Design in the Netherlands, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts.
Parallel to her artistic journey, she walks a path of devotion as a Teacher of Special Educational Needs and as a Healthcare Assistant of those navigating the shadows of Alzheimer’s and dementia. Having spent years at the heart of gallery curation and management, she also sought to kindle the flame of future artists, leading performance art workshops at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).
