They’ve obviously got the Hyderabadi biryani - a beautifully layered rice, a delicious Mirchi Ka Salan and plenty of dishes to go with them.
The menu is small but to the point and almost every recipe comes from Kishore’s friend’s grandmother, a Nizam making it feel like a grand, wedding-style feast.

Founded by Mathson Miranda, a second-generation poder, he was introduced to baking at the age of 9. After honing his craft all over the world, he returned home to share it with us.
So, head over to Aldona to try some of the best pizzas we have had in a while.

The space is dreamy and makes you do a double take✨
But nothing takes the attention away from the food. Our favourites had to be the Sheermal, the softest Kakori, and the Gucchi Biryani.
