Raven Dallas, who is pursuing her associate degree in Early Childhood Care and Education at Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC), was recently awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS).
Dallas said after graduation from GNTC, she plans to earn her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in School Counseling.

Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) has announced the spring 2026 recipients of the Roper Corporation Scholarship are Tammy Chandler and Salvador Hernandez.
Chandler lives in Trion and is a student in the Computer Support Specialist program at the Walker County Campus; Hernandez resides in Summerville and studies Automation Technology at the Catoosa County Campus.
