Congratulations! to GMS artist Brian Chase @brianchase123 for his feature in the recent May issue of @modern_drummer . Brian is perhaps best known for his work with three-time Grammy nominated rock band @yeahyeahyeahs , yet he is very active on the NYC experimental music scene performing with luminaries such as John Zorn, Zeena Parkins and Anthony Coleman. Jumping further musical boundaries is his groundbreaking solo project Drums and Drones which explores the overtone content of drum resonance. In addition, Brian runs his own label, @chaikinrecords .
