Whether it’s sex, God’s guidance, or a song for the drive home, The Voice On The Other End is there to provide — but as the night shift wears on, the roles she plays on the air begin to blur, and the magic of the switchboard begins to unravel.
Lover on the Radio is a one-man comic examination of human intimacy and loneliness through the lens of a radio call-in line, a religious doubt hotline, and a phone sex service all running off of the same operator. It is also a celebration of ugly-dancing, of freaks, of human connection, and of Nickelback.
