It follows a major outbreak in Kent that killed two people and left more than a dozen needing hospital treatment in March, but the cases aren't related. The UK Health Security Agency says risk to the public remains low, but understand people will likely be worried about a rise in cases. After becoming a fan favourite on The Traitors earlier this year, Jessie Stride is continuing to campaign for more awareness of those living with stammers. She is supporting a campaign called ‘Don’t Hang Up, Hang On’, which aims to get companies to put systems in place to allow customers to say that they have a speech difference at the start of phone calls, to ease the challenge of making calls those with stammers currently face, as research shows that 97% of those with stammers find them hard to do. MPs are calling for tobacco-style warnings on sunbeds as part of a major crackdown on the UK’s tanning obsession. They want a total ban on sunbed ads and an end to the "sunscreen tax". Karrieann McDonnell used sunbeds three times a week for 12 years and has since had twenty skin lesions removed. She is supporting the inquiry chaired by Carolyn Harris.

Naomi Rees-Issitt’s 18-year-old son, Jamie, died four years ago after suffering a cardiac arrest on New Year’s Day. Police arrived within 12 minutes, but had no defibrillator in their car. Naomi says if they'd had one, it could have been the difference between life and death for Jamie. She has since channeled the tragedy of losing her teenage son into a life-saving mission and has been awarded the British Empire Medal for her tireless campaigning.
