Happy International Women’s Day to the women who keep showing up, even when the world feels heavy, relentless, and exhausting.
I’m endlessly inspired by (and very grateful for) the women in my life. The ones who speak up, back each other, and refuse to make themselves smaller just to make things more comfortable for everyone else. The ones who’ve been called difficult or too much simply for having opinions and ambition.
If that’s the label, I’ll take it.
Here’s to the women beside us, the ones who paved the way, and the ones coming up behind us. Celebrating you today and every other day. 💫

Last night @dankenafake and I hosted our inaugural Short Shorts Film Festival and it was pure joy! ✨
The only rule of attendance is you must submit a 60 second film. Our first theme: fish. The results were delightfully creative and chaotic.
And what an honour to take home the gong for “Deepest Existential Dread”.

And that’s a wrap on my March @lapsforlife.aus challenge! It was a big month - featuring a cyclone, pool closures, an ear infection and too many morning alarms set for airport hour. Despite all that, I made it to 25km of my 31km goal and because I’m stubborn, I’m adding a few extra days to get it done.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated and cheered me on. Your support means the world, and together we’ve raised $2000 for @reachout_aus youth mental health support - something truly worth swimming for. 💙🏊‍♀️
Happy International Women’s Day to all the phenomenal women out there - loud, quiet, thoughtful, chaotic, soft, strong, and completely, unapologetically too much in the best way. May your confidence be high, your emails be assertive, and your achievements never be called “a lucky break.”
