We’re hosting a 2.5-hour interactive online workshop created specifically for ministry leaders, helpers, and healers who are ready for a safe, honest, and practical conversation around burnout, emotional fatigue, and sustainable ministry.
Led by two therapists who were raised in ministry and have walked this journey themselves, we’ll explore:
• What burnout really looks like (beyond just feeling “tired”)
• The hidden cost of leading while depleted
• How unprocessed trauma and pressure show up in ministry life
• The impact on families, relationships, and spiritual health
• Practical, grounded tools to prevent and recover from burnout
