In other words, what makes it delay is when there is NO PROGRESS. You just consistently find yourself in the same situation and pattern over and over! Sometimes you even take 1 step forward and then you go 10 steps backward. This is not normal but rather a major attack on your purpose in life!! But this is why we prayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
