Elina Tzengko lit up the stadium with a massive 64.90m throw to claim her first-ever Diamond League victory!
Fanny Roos had an unforgettable evening, smashing the Swedish Record with a stunning 19.66m in the shot put!
Sarah Mitton battled hard for 4th place with 19.59m, and Ella Junnila placed 9th.

Three days of knowledge bombs, networking, and enough throwing power to launch a small satellite. Massive thanks to our incredible speakers: World Champion Joe Kovacs, Ashley Kovacs, Richard Parkinson, Kristof Kipp, and Indrek Tustit - you guys were phenomenal! From mind-blowing shot put lectures, biomechanics to physiotherapy secrets and the legendary Rotation Rumble quiz, we covered it all. 34 countries represented, countless new friendships forged, and enough inspiration to fuel a whole season of throws.
