We removed a much larger Star and were able to place the Heart in the newly bonded area. With any removal there may be residual glue depending on the size and shape of the previous gem. But with time and abrasion all of the glue will come off, leaving ZERO damage. The glue sits on a protective layer of bonding and leaves your tooth protected underneath.
