Moments captured at each of our showings of Rella of the spontaneous duet during A Home I Didn’t Know.
The great thing about this is the first time we did the show in April 2024, this moment was 100% unplanned and improvised.
The second time in Nov 2024, the moment was planned to happen during Prince’s banger saxophone solo, but it was a surprise to the actor playing Prince 😂
The third time was planned because we had to accommodate for amplification, but he still had no idea what Rella was going to do.
This is one of the many elements in the show that allows it to morph depending on the skills of the actors telling the story. It is one of our fav moments in the whole show and is a testament to the skill and commitment of these 3 super talented actors that have brought Prince to life so far ✨
