Launching a product is not just about visibility. It’s about building a structured go-to-market ecosystem that drives awareness, relevance, and meaningful engagement. Last December, we partnered with @coloriprimo to launch their Christmas Advent Calendar (age 4+), a creativity-led product designed to transform the daily Christmas countdown into a progressive, hands-on creative journey for children. Our launch framework: Step 1 — Strategic Content Architecture We built a multi-format content system (graphic, photo, video) designed to educate, inspire, and communicate the product’s daily value. Step 2 — Targeted Creator Partnerships We activated carefully selected family and education-focused creators to ensure audience alignment and contextual credibility. Step 3 — Precision PR Seeding We developed curated PR lists to maximize qualified reach and trigger authentic organic amplification. Step 4 — Community Activation We leveraged Stories to turn the countdown into an interactive ritual, increasing daily touchpoints and retention across the 24 days. Step 5 — UGC Ecosystem Development We partnered with UGC creators to showcase practical daily uses of each Advent surprise, reinforcing functionality and sustaining momentum throughout the entire countdown. Organic Results: +30 creator contents 1M+ impressions 700K+ accounts reached 50K+ profile visits
