A Bengaluru entrepreneur, Glen Ivan Suchitha, (@glenling ) narrowly avoided a major travel mishap when his cab driver returned a forgotten bag containing his passport, PR card, wallet, and other essentials. The Vancouver-based founder shared on Instagram that the incident occurred after a late-night ride from Kempegowda International Airport. Realising the bag was missing only hours later, Glen praised the driver’s honesty and prompt action. Officials from local taxi services emphasised that such integrity is vital for passenger safety and trust, noting that timely reporting of lost items reduces administrative hassles and security risks. 👉An Honest Ride – According to Glen’s post, he reached home at 2:30 am after a tiring journey and went straight to sleep, unaware that his belongings were still in the cab. The driver reportedly contacted Glen shortly after discovering the bag, ensuring it was returned without delay. “It’s rare to see such responsibility today,” Glen remarked. 👉Behind the Scenes – Suchitha’s experience highlights how small acts of honesty can prevent large-scale panic, paperwork, and disrupted travel plans. Social media reactions have lauded the driver as a role model for civic responsibility. The Logical Indian's Perspective – This incident reminds us that everyday empathy and integrity can create ripples of positive change. While systems and procedures are essential, individual ethics remain crucial. ⚡⚡ How can communities encourage more such acts of honesty in daily life? 3 months in. Nearly 4,000 kilometres across Canada. And I still thought I was a bad runner. Every single day. Glen heard it constantly. "Dude I'm such a crappy runner." And he'd look at me like — you just ran 100 kilometres today. Didn't matter. The voice in my head was louder than the evidence in front of me. That's imposter syndrome. And research shows it hits men differently. The pressure to appear 100% competent at all times. The fear of being seen as less than. But here's what I've learned. If you feel like an imposter it means you're in a growth cycle. You're operating outside your comfort zone. You're becoming someone you haven't been before. The doubt isn't a sign something is wrong. It's a sign you're moving forward. Episode 16 of The Long Run Podcast. Dropping tomorrow at 10am on YouTube and Spotify. Link in bio. Movement has always been the thing that brought me back. Back to myself. Back to clarity. Back to forward. That's why I started the Always Forward Virtual Run Club — a free, open community for anyone who needs a reason to get outside and keep going. No set day. No set time. No set pace. No set distance. All that matters is that we move — and that we move together. Every week I'll share one insight worth carrying with you. The rest is up to you. Link in bio. Come run with us. Always Forward. #SachinMotion #AlwaysForward #MentalHealth #RunClub #VirtualRunClub #MentalHealthAwareness

A week before I was about to kick off a 60 kilometre a day for 60 days fundraising run I opened my fridge. It was empty. No food. No money in my bank account. No savings. Nothing. At 45 years old. I didn’t know how I was going to pay rent. I didn’t know how I was going to pay child support. And my ego was telling me to figure it out alone. But I didn’t. I picked up the phone and called the CEO of Magnum Supplements. Jumped on a Zoom. Shot my shot. That’s what asking for help actually looks like. Not a weakness. A decision. Episode 15 of The Long Run Podcast is about why men don’t ask for help — and what changes when they do. Out now on YouTube and Spotify. Link in bio. Asking for help isn't weakness. It can be one of your biggest strengths — if you know how to capitalize on it. I did. Every single time someone helped me I made sure it counted. You can do the same thing. Find the right people. Ask for support. Ask for something. Just don't make it a one way street — find a way to give back in some capacity. That's the takeaway from Episode 15. If you're struggling right now and don't know where to start — check the show notes. Our partners at the Canadian Men's Health Foundation offer free resources and support for men. It's there. Use it. And one more thing — we will be launching a mentorship course soon. Stay tuned. More details coming over the next couple of weeks. Episode 15 of The Long Run Podcast. Out now on YouTube and Spotify. Most men would rather suffer in silence than ask for help. I know because I was one of them. But when I was in the hurt locker I asked anyway. And people showed up. Every single time someone helped me I made a commitment — I will not squander this. I felt an obligation to honour the effort people put into me. To make sure they didn't feel like they wasted their time. That's what drove me forward. And if you're someone who has been on the receiving end of help and feels like you're only taking — pay it forward. It doesn't have to go back to the same person. Find someone else who needs it. That's how it works. That's how it's supposed to work. Episode 15 of The Long Run Podcast is about why men don't ask for help — and what changes when they do. Out now on YouTube and Spotify. Glen asked me what I listen to on the long days. Not podcasts. Not playlists. Qawwali music. Most people haven't heard of it. It's Sufi devotional music. Long form. Trance like. It doesn't end in three minutes and pull you out of the zone. It pulls you deeper in. I was listening to one artist specifically. A legend. World renowned in that space. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. If you don't know his name look him up. Then listen. There's something about that music that carried me through the miles in a way nothing else could. It's personal. It's mine. And I've never really shared that publicly until now. Episode 15 of The Long Run Podcast. Drops tomorrow to YouTube and Spotify. Always Forward. #SachinMotion #TheLongRunPodcast #QawwaliMusic #NusratFatehAliKhan #Running #MensMentalHealth #AlwaysForward

Meet Uttam, a true Bengaluru hero. At 2:30 AM, after the long trek back from KIA, I finally got home and crashed. In my sleep-deprived state, I left my sling bag in Uttam’s cab—with my passport, PR card, wallet etc. I didn’t even realize it was missing until 10:30 AM when my dad asked if I’d lost my documents. Uttam didn’t just find the bag; he drove all the way back to my neighbourhood . Since my passport address didn’t match my drop-off point which was also kinda vague on Uber, he spent over an hour knocking on doors and checking with neighbors to find me. By a stroke of luck, he bumped into my dad on the street. Uttam saved me from a massive bureaucratic nightmare and months of stress. I am so humbled by his honesty and the extra mile he went (literally and figuratively). A man of real integrity. 🙏🏼 #NammaBengaluru #BangaloreDiaries #Bengaluru #Gratitude #Honesty

December 31st carries double meaning this year. It’s New Year’s Eve, yes—but it’s also the birthday of someone who became far more than I could have imagined when we first crossed paths in February. Glen believed in this journey before most people understood what we were building. He believed in the cause, in the mission, in the vision of what mental health advocacy could look like when backed by action. And he didn’t just believe from the sidelines—he stepped in. As my managing director and crew chief for the coast-to-coast run, Glen helped architect the logistics, build the team, and execute against a goal that seemed impossible to most. He became another version of me out there—problem-solving, adapting, pushing through when things got hard. We covered 3,700+ kilometers together, and through those 81 days, I got to know the kind of man he is. Good heart. Real character. Imperfect, like all of us—but genuinely good. That run is behind us now, but what we built together isn’t finished. As we step into the new year, Glen and I are venturing into new territory as business partners. We’re launching a podcast together. We’re scaling Sach-in-Motion to reach more people across Canada—and, maybe, beyond. Happy birthday, brother. Grateful for February. Grateful for every mile. Grateful for what’s ahead. Always forward.
