GLB was founded by my parents in 1980 when they acquired their first properties. They have always had a deep love for Los Angeles and its historic apartment buildings. What began as a family business has grown into a multigenerational commitment to preserving the character and soul of old LA.
I grew up around these buildings, walking their courtyards, noticing the details, and learning early that architecture holds memory. Today, I carry that legacy forward, focused on thoughtful restoration and careful stewardship of vintage properties across the city.
