What a magical day, May 3rd. The Birth date of my Love, @tantrictatum . Thankful to get to celebrate you, to have gotten to share so many magical memories in our journey so far. You show up time and time again as your most authentic self and you constantly help challenge me to grow and look at my own. You are bold, beautiful and bountiful. You take such good care of our animals and they love you as much as I do. You are intelligent and your strength and dedication to your practice, school, art always shines through. I’m so proud to see you continue to grow and to call you my person. I can’t wait to make it home to hold and love on you. I truly hope today lifts you. You deserve to feel loved, to smile and to be celebrated. Happy Birthday Baby. 😘
One of my biggest inspirations to come see India came through the readings and teachings from Ram Das and his teacher Neeb Karoli Baba. To say it was a surreal experience seems light but that’s what it was amongst other things. To get to not just see one of his Temples but also get to witness his love and sanctity at a place he lived and brought joy to so many others lives. It was A true blessing to be in the presence of him, the ones that came before him and the ones still holding space and his teachings. Thank you Marahrajji for your life’s devotion and bringing such peace in my heart.
Every time my feet hit the soil on the islands something comes over me and I have this underlining sense that I am home. This last trip went from 10 days to 24 quickly as I had the opportunity to adventure around 3 of the islands. I feel such deep gratitude to all the lovely souls that have helped make these journeys over the years even more magical. The Ohana that always welcomes me back with such open hearts. Alone or in hand of another I’ve always felt the love from Pele as she guides me around in safety. I feel blessed to see my dreams unfolding into the reality.
Truly a birthday for the books, so thankful to be on the road with one of the best. I’ve toured for many years and have had several birthdays out here. But never have I had an experience like this one. Thank you @motioncitysoundtrack , our crew and everyone who attended the show that came out and made me feel so loved. 33 is off to an amazing start and I can’t wait to see what the rest of it holds. Thankful to have such a loving community on the road and off that treats me with such love and respect.

I love this band, they crush it every single night.
I started listening to them when I was 13 and became a fan traveling all around with the homies to go see them anytime they were within a few hours.
I’m blessed to call them all brothers and get to listen to them play some of my favorite songs every night. Thankful for the opportunity to do what I love for people I’ve believed in for so long.

Another year of life, love, music, comedy and good people. Thankful for all of you in my life that continue to show up and support me. I’m excited to see what 2024 has in store. This year was one for the record books, I got to tour with 7 amazing bands that took me across the country, making endless relationships. Thankful for everyone that gives me the opportunity to shine and do what I love. Thankful for the continuous support of my lovely community in Louisville and the extended community across the world. I love you all and I can’t wait to take on 2024 with you.
Words can’t express how fortunate I feel to get to travel around the country and get paid for what I enjoy doing. This year has felt non-stop and has taken me all over. Yesterday was yet another stepping stone as I started The Wet Hot All American Summer tour. Not only as @therejects Merch Manager but also @motioncitysoundtrack and @thegetupkids .
What a thrill.! Ready to crush out this one. Then it’s back on the road with @grupofrontera until December! Let’s hang out if your around!

These memories will store in my heart forever. The beauty of this world is spectacular. It never seems to not blow my mind.
