In partnership with @horizonmediainc and @mobilefuse , we hosted a two-part celebration to close out Women’s History Month in support of @thebravehouse , a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young immigrant women.
The event kicked off with flower bouquet making alongside food and beverages, all from women-owned businesses. We then welcomed a panel of powerhouse leaders - Charlotte Jackson, CEO of MobileFuse, Corin Cort, Director, Product, Data Enablement at Horizon Media, and Jill Nickerson, MBA, EVP Managing Partner Innovation and Performance OOH at Horizon Media - who shared their pathways to leadership and answered audience questions.
The event ended with breakout sessions on LinkedIn best practices, resume building, and interview skills, ensuring everyone left with tangible advice to support their career journeys! hashtag

New York, you helped us cross $1 million in donations!
The 2026 #KaraokeForCauses tour wrapped in NYC last week, and we did it with $115,000 raised in one night, pushing this campaign past seven figures in total donations to nonprofits.
This is just a glimpse into an unforgettable evening 📸

Chicago, you showed up in a big way last week!
Our second stop on the 2026 Karaoke for Causes Tour brought the energy, the vocals, and the impact. Two cities down, over $150,000 raised for nonprofits, and we're closing in fast on our $1M milestone.
From powerhouse performances to unforgettable crowd moments, Chicago delivered.

LA, you brought the energy!
A few weeks ago we kicked off the 2026 Karaoke for Causes Tour, and the $90,000 we raised together for local nonprofits is the best possible way to start the year. Seeing industry leaders trade the boardroom for the stage (and some surprisingly impressive vocal runs) was easily the highlight of the week.

🎙New episode is LIVE. 🎙
Chad Hickey started his career selling $18 classified ads. He ended up building a $100M+ revenue team. Then he walked away to build something he actually believed in.
This episode of The Seat is about grit, purpose, and one of the most honest conversations about leadership we've had on the show.

A couple of weeks ago we gathered for our second annual Responsible Media Summit and we’re still thinking about the conversations that filled the room.
What made this event powerful wasn’t just the programming. It was the willingness of leaders across our industry to sit with real tension. To challenge assumptions. To examine how values truly show up in business decisions.
Across five sessions, we explored topics that don’t always make it onto traditional conference stages:
đź’ˇ Whether cause marketing needs to evolve beyond seasonal activations
💡 How today’s consumers evaluate brands through alignment and consistency
đź’ˇ The reality of online outrage versus actual market sentiment
💡 AI’s role in reshaping our industry while protecting human judgment
đź’ˇ The long-term business case for inclusion and multicultural strategy
These weren’t surface-level conversations. They were honest, thoughtful, and at times uncomfortable. And that’s exactly the point.
Thank you again to our speakers and session sponsors for investing your time, perspective, and leadership into this community. We’re grateful to be building this alongside all of you!
#ResponsibleMediaSummit
Earlier this week at the Responsible Media Summit, we were reminded that our industry is craving thoughtful, honest conversations about the topics impacting all of us as we navigate a rapidly evolving landscape.
We hosted five incredible sessions touching on conversations that do not always make it onto conference stages. Candid discussions around values, responsibility, consumer trust, and the future of work.
Beyond the stage, the experience was intentionally designed for action and genuine connection:
👉 Attendees directed complimentary donations to nonprofit partners, thanks to InMobi Advertising
👉 Our interactive Values Wall turned values into conversation starters. Attendees chose a cause they care about, wore it on their badge, and connected with others intentionally
👉 The Values Booklet created space to reflect, take notes, and translate insight into action
We are grateful to everyone who showed up ready to engage thoughtfully and push the conversation forward. This is how we align values and drive results!
Last week we gathered to celebrate something bigger than awards.
As Givsly officially marks seven years, it felt especially meaningful to come together for the 2026 Impact Awards surrounded by people who believe that shared values are a better way to do business. What started years ago as an idea rooted in purpose has grown into a community of leaders, builders, and changemakers who continue to show up with intention.
From the very beginning of the morning, the energy in the room was unmistakable. As Susan Grace reminded us in her opening remarks, this was a rare space. A room full of people who believe that values and business do not have to exist separately, and that impact is created through consistency, care, and choosing to show up even when it is hard
Throughout the program, we celebrated individuals and organizations who are putting those beliefs into action. In an industry so often driven by dashboards and quarterly goals, the Impact Awards pause to recognize something deeper. The time we spend mentoring others. The decisions we make to invest in more responsible media. The choice to champion inclusion, community, and progress.
As the morning came to a close, Chad Hickey's remarks landed with honesty, vulnerability, and resolve. He spoke candidly about the fear, frustration, and sadness many are feeling in this moment, while reinforcing the importance of resilience. Why this work matters now more than ever, and the responsibility and opportunity this industry has to use its influence for good.
Walking out of the room felt like a reminder that success is not only what we measure. It is who we lift up, what we give back, and the kind of culture we help create together!
To all of our winners and honorees, and to everyone who chose to spend their morning with us, thank you for continuing to lead with heart and purpose!
Congratulations again to all of our incredible winners 🏆

Last week, Givsly tipped off our inaugural Great Donation Dunk, a more inclusive sporting event for the industry.
Over 250 attendees joined us at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) to shoot hoops for donations, with participation across Annalect, Carat, Publicis Groupe, dentsu, EssenceMediacom, Havas, Hearts & Science, IPG Mediabrands, KINESSO, Mediahub Worldwide, UM Worldwide, Orion Worldwide, Wavemaker, WPP Media, and Zenith competing across four basketball challenges.
From challenges powered by DailyMail.com, InMobi Advertising, Yieldmo, Dailymotion, Integral Ad Science, Index Exchange, OpenX, Sightly, and Zeta Global, to stadium-style concessions with Perion, photo booth fun with Wunderkind, jerseys by Teads, and an electric halftime show by BIG HAPPY, the night was packed with energy and community spirit.
Special guest Walt "Clyde" Frazier joined, styling and smiling, posing and closing the night with trophies and cheer. As a final surprise, NBA player Mo Bamba dropped in to challenge our Three-Point winner to a face-off that had the crowd going wild.
Thanks to this collective effort, we raised $25,000 for nonprofit organizations.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out, partnered with us, and helped make the first Great Donation Dunk such a slam dunk!
The @marsunitedcommerce and @mobilefuse teams joined forces for Global Citizenship Day in support of Rise Against Hunger!
From the first scoop to the final sealed box, every volunteer helped turn teamwork into tangible impact, packing more than 10,000 meals for communities facing food insecurity worldwide.
A heartfelt thank you to MobileFuse for powering this day of purpose and to every volunteer who showed up ready to make a difference, one scoop at a time.
