How I cook for myself at home when I’m not working :-)
-Chicken stew with caramelized leeks, dates and olive rice (this one’s a @mollybaz recipe)
-Congee simmered in dashi with kimchi, pickled daikon, roasted purple cabbage, soy marinated egg, sardines, chili crisp
-Roasted red peppers + burrata on toast
-Chicken salad & baby kale, lentil and cucumber salad
-Roasted cabbage with tomato braised gigante beans, tahini-yoghurt, za’atar, mint
-Oatmeal with raspberry chia compote, coconut granola, kiwi
Escalivada for lunch.
Jimmy nardello peppers, confit leeks, and aubergine with a big splash of sherry vinegar, evoo and a touch of espelette chili.
Enjoyed with a bright salad, croutons and a jammy egg.
