It is not an option to not feel anymore. It is through the challenges we can see the light. It is through the pain we see joy. We restore balance and harmony. Again and again, all I can do is surrender. Accepting my own faults and challenges and finding compassion to surrender when there is nothing left to pour out.
After an extremely emotionally challenging weekend along with physical challenges of stabbing ear pain; I am grateful to have had the opportunity to capture and commune at this emotional release ceremony and women’s circle w/ @gittemeldgaard@bee_sisters_oasis@circociencias
We opened by sharing our intentions of what we want to release. So much gratitude to be held in a sacred container of women.
Through somatic embodiment practices, we moved energy through our bodies—breathing, shaking & sounding. Remembering that healing through feeling & expressing
We sent prayers and light to the Middle East, and to all beings experiencing pain, grief, and loss. Holding the intention that as we heal ourselves, we ripple that healing outward into the collective.
May all beings be safe. May all hearts truly feel, and be free to express their emotions 🤍
