Inspired by form, material, and craftsmanship, the collection brings together both renowned designers and carefully selected anonymous pieces — each chosen for its distinctive character, aesthetic, and story.

‘LCW’ Lounge Chair Wood by Charles & Ray Eames for Vitra
The chair that has been named the greatest design of the 20th century by Time magazine needs little introduction. The LCW was designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1945 and produced in Europe by Vitra. This particular example is upholstered in cowhide over a black lacquered moulded ash shell, a special edition that is considerably rarer than the standard leather or plain plywood versions. The contrast between the graphic hide pattern and the dark wood creates a bold and beautiful appearance.
