We’re thrilled to have been part of the incredible Women Deliver 2026 cohort. From powerful storytelling to the launch of the Girls Manifesto, one message rang clear: this is a defining moment for and with girls. On behalf of Girl Effect, we made a bold commitment: to accelerate integrated, girl‑centred systems that enable adolescent girls and young women to access the health services, information, and economic opportunities they need - at scale and without stigma. Between 2027–2032, we will work with governments, communities, and partners to reach 240 million people by: ✨ Shifting harmful gender norms through locally led media and digital platforms ✨ Expanding access to trusted, confidential health and wellbeing support ✨ Strengthening community ecosystems so no girl is left behind ✨ Driving measurable health and economic outcomes—from contraception uptake to livelihoods Even as Women Deliver concludes, we will keep the momentum alive and ensure more people engage with this call to collective action. Explore the Girls Manifesto through the link in our bio. #WD2026 #GirlsDeliver #globalhealth

We already know what works for adolescent girls and young women. The challenge isn’t innovation - it’s scale. Across our programs, the evidence is clear: ✨ Greater access to contraception + health services ✨ Stronger financial decision‑making ✨ Rapid adoption of AI tools connecting girls to trusted care But millions are still left behind - not because solutions don’t exist, but because systems haven’t caught up. At #WomenDeliver2026, alongside partners like @coimpactcollab , @gatesfoundation , @azzi.agnelli and more, we’re calling for faster, coordinated investment to deliver proven solutions at scale. Every girl deserves access to the information, services, and opportunities she needs to thrive. #WD2026 #Girls #SRHR #GenderEquality

🌏 #WD2026 is where we re-imagine what’s possible and build power for the long haul. 6,500+ advocates, artists, policymakers & movement-builders gathering in Narrm (Melbourne), 27–30 April 2026. Join us at @women_deliver on April 28 for an insightful session where we’ll announce bold investments, share real evidence, and most importantly listen to what girls are telling us. Girls are not just at the center of the world’s biggest challenges; they’re at the center of the solutions.

India is taking a bold step in the fight against #cervicalcancer: free HPV vaccines for 14-year-old girls. ✨ Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers - through awareness, screening, and vaccination. This rollout marks a milestone in protecting the next generation. At Girl Effect, we’re working alongside partners, communities, and girls themselves to spread awareness about the HPV vaccine and ensure informed choices for healthier futures. When girls are informed and supported, prevention becomes possible. #HPVVaccine #adolescenthealth

Our Champions App Highlights: - 5,200+ sessions delivered - 550+ champions engaged - Across 4 countries - In 4 local languages We’re honored that the Champions App has been named one of @fastcompany ’s Most Innovative ideas of 2026. But this recognition isn’t about technology alone. It’s about people: - Community Health Workers in Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Nigeria who trusted us to navigate sessions collaboratively. - Community Health workers going door-to-door Young advocates testing features and spreading awareness - The Girl Effect team building tools that genuinely serve communities 💡None of this happens without people who care. Like Almaz in Southern Ethiopia, who saw community discussions shift long-held misconceptions around vaccines - transforming a low-performing kebele into one now reaching underserved communities. This recognition belongs to every single one of you. We see you. We celebrate you. 💙
