This cookbook is the outcome of a process of inquiry that set out to gather and connect knowledge and narratives, producing a collective map capable of tracing relationships, memories, and forms of cohabitation. A research that finds its final form in this editorial publication — a recipe book as the outcome of a collective process of exploration and storytelling of the territory.
Through cooking as a practice of listening and exchange, the project constructs a situated narrative that weaves together biographies, ingredients, and everyday gestures. For this reason, the recipes in this publication are not only “recipes”, but above all the stories of those who chose to share them. More than 80 recipes were collected.
Conceived in collaboration with @osservatoriosantanna (OSA), between May and September 2025. Printed by @no_stress_press , with the support of OSA and Società di Mutuo Soccorso fra Carpentieri e Calafati. Specimen by @chri_messi and @tomas_dime .

Visual identity @piedicavallofestival 2024
For the 34th Piedicavallo Festival, rebranding became a pivotal strategy to redefine its visual identity, perfectly aligned with this year’s theme: Mapping a Territory in Celebration. This initiative delved into the unique atmospheres and environmental features of the festival locations, promoting a model of slow, conscious tourism. Attendees were invited to immerse themselves in a sensory experience, cultivating attentive listening as an act of mutual care between humans and nature.
The rebranding effort included the creation of a new logo, website redesign, social media strategy, and offline materials. The logo draws inspiration from the sinuous curves of mountain streams and the mapping of festival locations, intertwining themes of territory and mountain music. The redesigned website offers a seamless browsing experience, making information accessible and facilitating audience planning.
The project also brought cohesion to the festival’s two key sections: SARV, dedicated to classical music in Alta Valle Cervo, and LÜRIA, focused on musical experimentation. Both now share a unified visual and conceptual framework, while preserving their distinct characteristics.
This rebranding went beyond aesthetics, crafting a narrative that highlights the festival’s essence: a celebration of territory, care, and the art of listening. It forged a profound connection between the festival, its audience, and the natural environment, setting a new standard for cultural events rooted in their landscapes.
