Jasmine & Philipp
I'm still pinching myself to think that I got the opportunity to capture this absolutely incredible wedding - I can’t even begin to thank the couple and all of their family for having me there.
Jasmine, Philipp and their loved ones headed to the South of France to celebrate at the stunning Domaine Du Grand Lauron located about 30 minutes north of Aix-en-Provence. The Friday evening was a relaxed get-together where everyone met up to enjoy a few drinks, some pizza and a lot of laughter. It was wonderful to spend time with the guests ahead of the wedding and a great way to kick off the weekend.
Before we knew it, their wedding day was happening - a real family event, with everyone pitching in to get the venue dressed and ready - it wasn’t long before Jasmine and Philipp were doing the same. Jasmine looked stunning and Philipp looked cool and calm despite the heat.
Once the final preparations were complete, Jasmine joined her husband in a beautiful lakeside ceremony with Jasmine’s uncles performing the ceremony in multiple languages! As there were a mix of French, German and English all of the important parts of the day were translated, and that became even more impressive later that day when the best man and maid of honour gave their speeches in unfamiliar languages successfully.
With a real passion for food running in the family, all of the canapés and meals were incredible and being treated more like a guest than a supplier really had it’s upside as I got to enjoy some amazing treats.
Their drinks reception was wonderful and so relaxed, but it wasn’t long before we headed off for some sunset portraits and they were perfect. As we headed inside for their evening meal the party was just beginning; dining was about far more than the food and everyone was enjoyed each other’s company so much.
As the tables were cleared, it wasn’t long before the music began and everyone was on the dance floor - Jasmine’s Grandfather stole the show dancing longer than most guests, and this party continued until well after 4am when the DJ stopped.
It was THE perfect wedding and the couple didn’t stop smiling all day long.
Congratulations Jasmine & Philipp!
Throwback to 2023 where Steph and Martin had the most fun-filled wedding!
So much joy and laughter with the bridal party setting the tone for the day. They danced their way down the boardwalk, with one couple even swapping clothes! Their day had it all, from axe throwing, surfing and some fun with smoke grenades, it was non-stop and amazing to capture.
Scroll to the end for some outtakes!
Sophie & Jake
I’ve been truly blessed this year with so many incredible weddings and this was right up there!
Sophie and Jake are truly two of the loveliest people I’ve worked with - they had the absolute best day at Caswell House with their family and friends and it really was a joy to be there to capture it all.
The morning preparations were full of excitement, happy tears and a lot of laughter; the girls were in top form as they acted as the ultimate hype-crew for Sophie. Jake was just as lucky surrounded by his friends and family - they have such a close bond and it was so good to see the love surrounding the both.
Once Sophie had her reveal with her brother and father (and a few tears) we were all settling in for their ceremony and it was wonderful - we headed out into the courtyard for confetti, group photos and celebrations.
The sun came out, the drinks flowed and Sophie and Jake were on such a high - they laughed and smiled through their portraits and we then had some incredible speeches. Their evening went to another level as we headed off to catch the sunset and spray some bubbly accompanied by James on the saxophone.
The dance floor was bouncing and the party went on long into the evening - the perfect end to a perfect day!
Congratulations Sophie & Jake

Another quick mention to Katharina as she was amazing to work alongside and I can’t wait to work with her again in the future!
Eric & Caroline
From Texas and Philadelphia to Davenport House; it was such a joy to capture the wedding of Eric and Caroline who were joined by close family and friends for a wonderful day.
The morning started in a very relaxed fashion with Caroline's best man, Matteo, leading a yoga session on the rear lawn as the bride looked on from the bridal suite. She was joined by her mother and her mother-in-law as they had their hair and makeup done and they all looked stunning.
Eric was joined by his best man and both fathers to get ready and relax in the rear reception room, a cheeky drink and they were good to go.
Caroline looked incredible and had parents feeling very emotional before she descended the staircase to the awaiting guests and her husband to be.
The ceremony was lovely, really personal and expertly led by their Celebrant, Tracy. A couple of readings from the father of the bride, and exchange of rings and a shot of bourbon and they soon made their way back down the aisle as newlyweds!
The drinks reception was filled with laughter and love and after a few photos, led into their wedding breakfast, which was again incredibly styled with stationery and gorgeous florals.
Following the meal, everyone hit the dancefloor, coming straight out of the room and moving to the music, the drinks flowed, the dancing ramped up and much fun was had!
We managed to sneak out for a few more photos, before returning them to the party.
A huge congratulations to Eric & Caroline!

Emily & David,
After meeting the couple a couple of months ago I knew this was going to be a fantastic day, and it was absolutely nothing short of that.
Emily had ensured that everyone got the memo and were organised and ready to celebrate. She got ready with her bridal party at her mothers home which was near the church she would soon be married in - at the same time David was with the groomsmen at Oxleaze ensuring that everything was all set for their guests to enjoy the reception.
The church service was beautiful and Emily blew everyone away as she walked the aisle with her father. David's smile grew into a huge grin which never left his face and the two became husband and wife before exiting to confetti and much applause.
Heading back to Oxleaze Barn, everyone truly had a wonderful time - the music from Ear Candy along with some cocktails and sunshine set the mood.
Following their wedding breakfast, we headed into the private gardens at the venue to catch the sunset and returned to the main barns ready to dance. And dance they certainly did!
A quick break for the band and some sparklers made way for more dancing as I slipped away leaving them to enjoy their status as newlyweds.

Jordyn & Toby
Early in May it was a return to Hanbury Barns for my second visit to the venue; with a couple who were so excited for their big day.
Music was a big part of their day, not just having a pianist for their drinks reception and a wonderful DJ in the evening, but even their table plan has the theme with tables names after their favourite albums!
Both bride and groom were just grinning ear-to-ear all morning with hardly any sign of nerves and from the moment Jordyn walked up the aisle, the smiles only got bigger!
As their guests enjoyed some spectacular cocktails and caught up, it wasn't long before guests were called through to take their seats - however, just before that Jordyn and her dad enjoyed a wonderful father-daughter dance which was just so special.
Some great speeches were soon followed by a lovely couple session making the most of the dry spell, before getting back inside to celebrate in style.
Their first dance was followed by a packed dancefloor and everyone really enjoyed it!

Kim & James
Mottram Hall was the backdrop for this wonderful day for Kim and James, the sun shone and everyone was so excited for their wedding.
Kim and the girls got ready in the bridal area which is a gorgeous place to prepare and with the honeymoon suite just next door, it game me the perfect place to get the details and dress.
James and the grooms party was busy getting ready as they were all given a gift from the groom - Homer Simpson slippers! (Which reappeared on the dancefloor).
Their ceremony was wonderful and the registrars were amazing too, then it was time to enjoy a drink in the sun and toast the newlyweds.
Following the wedding breakfast we headed outside for some portraits and as we dodged the drizzle, we captured some lovely moments in the driveway, before hitting the dancefloor and everyone having a truly great evening.

Clare & Alex
I have to pinch myself after almost every wedding - I am so luck to get go to work and witness the most incredible occasions, this was no different.
Clare and Alex got married at Merriscourt and everything was perfect, from the glorious weather that made it feel like summer was here to every moment that happened on the day, the team of amazing suppliers and of course the guests celebrating the couples’ big day.
The girls all got hair and makeup done in the Pump House before splitting off to get in their dresses; with their parents helping and coming in to see them, it wasn’t long before they were gliding up the aisle to say their vows and be cheered on in becoming wife and wife.
Then it was time to relax and enjoy everything else; the couple were covered in confetti and thoroughly entertained by magician Dean Maudsley (who was sensational) and then taken for some photos before they feasted with their guests at their wedding breakfast.
We then nipped out and took full advantage of the bluebell filled woodland that flanks the driveway to the venue and got some gorgeous light, although I’m not sure Clare and Alex imagined their first ride as a married couple would be in the back of my Vauxhall Corsa before climbing a fence and wandering through the weeds - still, no pain, no gain!
Then it was time to dance, and dance everyone did - ensuring that they ended the evening in style.
A huge congratulations to Clare & Alex!

Laura & Nathan
A look back to a wonderful wedding almost a year ago at Caswell House.
Laura and Nathan had an amazing day and I felt lucky to have been asked to capture it, everything was so well coordinated and looked incredible.
Laura and the girls were on a high from the moment they started the day and that excitement became infectious. Their ceremony went exactly to plan and it wasn’t long before everyone was enjoying cocktails in the sunshine.
It was a wonderful day and following their wedding breakfast we headed out for photos at sunset and then capturing a packed dance floor enjoying the music of their band, Neon State.
What a day and congratulations Laura & Nathan!

Issy & Jack
It’s hard to know what else to say about this wedding, other than incredible!
It was the first time I’d worked at Town Head Estate and what a gem of a venue it is; I arrived nice and early to scout and walk the grounds and I was really blown away by it all. Once I’d got settled in, I headed to the bridal suite and met Issy and the girls, who were on great form. There’s some advice that your guests will mirror the energy that the couple put out - well Issy and the girls were dancing and singing all the way to the ceremony and that vibe flowed all day long.
Issy looked stunning with both her hair and makeup and her dress, and by the time it was time for the ceremony she truly blew Jack and the guests away. On the flip side, Jack and the boys were looking truly dapper in their black tie and suits and they were laughing and joking keeping everyone on their toes too.
The ceremony took place outside (the first for Town Head this year) and the backdrop of Lake Windermere in the glorious sunshine set the scene. As they said their I do’s surrounded by family and friends, there was truly no stopping the smiles as everyone began to celebrate.
Their drinks reception in the Kitchen Gardens was fantastic and as guests later headed back to the orchard by the venue, we grabbed some group photos back in the ceremony area before going everyone for confetti and heading off for couple portraits.
The wedding breakfast and speeches were wonderful but it wasn’t long before we headed back out to catch the last of the sunshine with the couple down by the lake - then it was time to meet the donkeys. One cheeky donkey even managed to take a bite out of Jack’s suit jacket!
The evening was every bit as fun and action-packed as everyone hit the dance floor the the mind-blowing sounds provided by their band and the party just kept going.
A huge congratulations to Issy & Jack!

Ruchi & Sam
First wedding of 2026 and what an incredible day to start with! Ruchi, Sam, their family and friends took over the stunning Canford School to celebrate their big day and it was the most incredible backdrop for them to become husband and wife.
With the couple both being huge fans of both Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter, you could see exactly why they had chosen the venue as it gave all the vibes of Hogwarts, their wedding breakfast and evening party were held in the main hall which looks like it was straight from the films.
Their ceremony was beautiful and full of colour and smiles, the only shame was how fast that part of the day went! The sun was out so we made the most of the grounds to capture groups and some portraits before they made their entrance for their wedding breakfast. They had everyone on their feet cheering and that mood just kept going long into the night.
Ruchi managed a couple of dress changes, appearing in traditional dress for the sparklers then a real party outfit to dance the night away. What a day!!

Rebekah & Ryan
Merriscourt last autumn provided the perfect backdrop to host the wedding of Rebekah and Ryan, and it was amazing.
The couple were determined to enjoy every moment and they'd put so much into everything - from the hundreds of hand-made origami cranes which they'd made to personalised Pokemon card the little touches that meant so much to them both.
Their florals were perfect for the season and when Rebekah walked down the aisle, Ryan was blown away and a needed a moment to compose himself. Their ceremony was beautiful and as they took their first steps as husband and wife their guests cheered them on before covering them in confetti.
During the drinks reception we managed to sneak away for a few photos, and dodged the rain as we took their bridal party outside for some smoke grenade photos.
Following their meal, the evening entertainment ensured that the dance floor remained full and bouncing and helped them celebrate the end to an incredible day. Oh, and the venue might have found a few ducks for several days after!
