My Take on the Freezer Martini
I wanted a martini that stays ice-cold, silky, and a little dangerous—so I built my own spin straight in the freezer. It starts with Weber Ranch Agave Vodka, clean and elegant with just the right desert-kissed character. From there, I brighten the edges with Verjus Blanc and a whisper of Dry Vermouth, then deepen the savory side with Castelvetrano olive brine—because that buttery green note is unmatched.
A touch of Green Chartreuse adds aromatic lift and herbaceous mystery, while blue spirulina gives the entire cocktail a cool, celestial glow. The result? A martini that pours with perfect frost, tastes like a secret, and finishes with a soft, luxe salinity.
Garnished with a Castelvetrano olive, it’s my crisp, color-driven ode to the classics—quietly wild, unapologetically green, and always waiting in the freezer.
