Just like everyone else - we were able to watch ESPN’s E60 for the very first time this morning. It was really hard. It was beautiful. There were many tears. 💔
We want to truly thank E60, Jen Karson, Julie Foudy and their team at ESPN for their interest in Katie’s story and their tireless efforts to present it with the information they had.
We know they poured all their heart & soul into this project & we are so very grateful🙏
Ever since our daughter Katie‘s absolutely tragic passing at Stanford, we, and countless others, have done everything we can to respectfully and lovingly honor her life and legacy.
And those efforts aim to make the world a little bit better for students and their campus communities, as we have sadly learned much more than what was seen on TV.
We welcome Stanford to acknowledge their part in Katie’s passing and adopt Katie Meyer’s Law, showing their commitment to do better and make the university safer for students in the future.
