Since our Pilates classes are super popular, we’re stoked to expand our schedule with MORE!
We’re adding two extra Pilates classes starting this week:
- Mondays at 7:00 PM Pilates with Coach @flowwithtanii
- Fridays at 12:10 PM Power Pilates with Coach @purv.yoga
We now have two types of Pilates classes: the regular ones and the Power Pilates classes. Power Pilates includes extra elements like cardio and/or more weight parts, making it more intense and dynamic.
The first Power Pilates class is this Monday at 6:00 PM with our powerhouse @ginalindgren . So, if you’re looking for a challenge and a good sweat, give it a try!
