This is 12!!! Well… a week later! This has been a HUGE year for Olivia. So many major accomplishments, enormous life changes, milestones and tough growing/learning moments filled with all that I forgot about being preteen. But this getaway for her birthday, we saw our carefree, joyous little girl again and it was glorious. I’ve no doubt that the growing challenges will only deepen and grow us all, but it was lovely to have a respite from the sandpaper days of tween life. So much latergram, as usual but I will kick myself if I let another year pass without posting the highlights of 2025- the year of the roller coaster- the highest highs and lowest lows- of course, here you’ll only see the highs… But even with those severe lows, I’m so grateful for all these absolutely joyous and meaningful moments - Book ended the year with Symphony gigs, Tony Bennett @tcgentertainment and added Lucy from Peanuts just in time for Christmas and their 75th anniversary , had the treasure of a lifetime singing “Maybe” with Liv for @abroaderway , saw my face on a billboard for my off bway run of Upside Down @amttheater45 , played legendary Kate Hepburn at the @yorktheatre , Liv’s graduation from elementary to first day at @ppasnyc , the high of a lifetime playing Dawn in Waitress at my home away from home @saugatuck_arts with the best people on earth, thanks to @cable.jonathan , I even flew a plane!? And even a chance to pay tribute to one of the most legendary directors of all time, Jerry Zaks with icons by my side. The lows are low but these moments remind me that there’s so MUCH to be grateful for, the only thing constant is that everything changes, I LOVE what I do for a living and my family is EVERYTHING. #gratitude #rollercoasterride #alwaysgrowing
