Artist @hannahpolskinstudio and collector @gillly first crossed paths in 2020, when he purchased one of the bride’s pieces. It wasn’t until a year later, though, that the two met face-to-face after matching on dating app @loxclub in a match that fell nothing short of kismet. In June, the couple married seaside at @hotelcasadelmar under a chuppah—sculpted by the bride herself—inspired by the very painting that first linked them. In a Santa Monica event that wove together their mutual love of art (and one another), meaningful shared rituals, remembrance of loved ones, and their L.A.-rooted future together, the newlyweds celebrated and honored the passions, the people, the principles, and the place that had both shaped and connected them. REVOLVExPALMS Store now open!!
