@duckwax.quack exploding all over the @sebrightarms last night with their frenzied alt-funk/ indie jazz mash. Incredible show. The dance floor erupted and think I went a bit mad on it. Thankfully no one punched me. Amazing night/show though. Check Duck Wax out at Dash the Henge on 3rd July. Couldn’t find tickets for this online yet but pretty sure they said that date/place last night, and they will be up soon.

@reallygoodtimereallygoodtime rocking the @sebrightarms (and me) off its hinges last night. Far too much fun and rollicking frivolity for a Tuesday night. Down with that sort of thing! Sorry for the overly tinkered with snaps. All a bit of an inebriated haze.

Captivating smash of genres and multi-layered soundscapes from Clothesline From Hell (@adam_from_heaven ) for a fascinating set at @sebrightarms last night. Also worth checking out Adam’s albums, Slather on the Honey, and EP, Soon We’ll All Be Smoking.

@thehowlingfiends ripping @40ftbrewery a new one with their awesome, raucous garage rock in Walthamstow last. Blinding show. Dimi giving me the massive evils, staring into my soul in that first photo!

So great to see @pigeon.dog smashing seven shades out of @40ftbrewery last night, and getting me moving again after two weeks of no gigs. Looking forward to more new music from them soon. Current favourite songs of theirs are Stink (love how this one sounds like it’s melting), Griefcase (was humming this long after listening), Howl and Wet Washing (for the raw energy) and Jumpy Cow (catchy and gnarly) while new track, Presents, is a live standout.

Goth art rockers @velvetineband put on a spectacular, savage show at a packed out @theoldbluelast last night. Thrashing guitars, stunning singing, dark, dreamy soundscapes and supernatural energy got everyone moving and loving it.

Loved @iriswor.m at @victoriadalston last night. Awesome songwriting, striking performances with bleeding hazy soundscapes and raw, thrashing noise rock that elevated the tracks in such a unique way that made Irisworm captivating. Will definitely check them out live again. Thanks to @nodistancerecords for putting on the night and introducing.

Great to see @the_draize at @victoriadalston back with new songs (bar one) and a mostly new line up but a similar roaring indie rock sound that I remember from their Camden Eye gig last year. Thanks again to @nodistancerecords for putting on a great night.

Banging set from @radiatorbanduk who smashed seven shades out of @victoriadalston last night with their tight, rowdy post-punk and rare, feral intensity. Thanks to for @nodistancerecords for putting on the night. Support band snaps to follow.

@drycleaningband brought their rocking musical nonchalance and magical musings to @o2academybrix last night. Florence brilliantly twists and glitches while captivating and singing/relaying relatable reflections with wondrous faux insouciance and the air of almost giving a fcuk. It works so well with the phenomenal guitars and got everyone jumping and loving it. Got massively taken by Dry Cleaning this year after hearing their new album Secret Love (I’ve since bought all their others) and seeing them live at Rough Trade East back in January. Looking forward to again. #drycleaningband #livemusicphotography #livemusic #concert #gig

@omertabandmusicverycool whipping up a rumpus at @windmillbrixton last week with their mischievous meld of fiery post-punk with electric noise pop (I think?) and getting everyone wild for Doom Club and Rampressure.
