This is coming from a place of deep gratitude.
On Thursday, it’ll be one year since I took a step away from what was familiar into something uncertain. I was scared when I did it, truly scared but I did it anyway.
Looking back now, I’m just grateful. Grateful for the growth, for the stretch, for the expansion that came with that decision.
Maybe by Thursday, I’ll find the words to say this better… especially for people like me who want more, who crave growth, but feel held back because the next step looks intimidating.
Last week wasn’t one of my finest.
The year is still fresh, the energy is supposed to be high, ideas should be flowing, timelines moving smoothly, but mine came with a few interruptions.
Unstable network.
Missed meeting schedules.
A workstation that refused to cooperate.
Even my mood felt slightly out of sync.
Not chaotic, just enough to test your patience when your day revolves around screens, briefs, visuals, conversations, and deadlines.
Still, I showed up.
I kept my routine.
I worked through designs, responded to clients, reviewed concepts, solved small problems, and kept projects moving even when the rhythm wasn’t perfect.
Because when your work lives at the intersection of creativity, structure, and people, you learn that showing up matters as much as inspiration.
This new week, I’m stepping in clearer, steadier, and more prepared, including being present at a conference I’ll be attending.
Some weeks sharpen your skill.
Some stretch your patience.
Last week quietly did both.

It’s that season where reflection becomes a language everyone speaks, and I’m finding my own words for the journey.
For me, 2025 wasn’t just a year,it was the Great Transition.
Every second carried the weight of intention.
I walked away from the familiar structures of the corporate world to embrace the wild adventure of Creative Technology and Digital Artistry.
That transition demanded a different version of me.
I’m standing here deeply grateful for the architecture of the journey: The wins that fueled me, the losses that schooled me, and the grit found in the “ugly” moments.
I’ve navigated the space between “Am I ready?” and “I am here.”
There was a time I stayed in the shadows to stay safe, but I’ve learned that growth requires being visible, even when it’s uncomfortable.
The dividends of my hard work are finally paying off, and it’s led to a deeper realization:
I am inherently worthy of every good thing.
Not because I’ve arrived, but because of the value I carry.
Preparation isn’t a seasonal event; it’s a lifestyle.
You don’t wait for a signal to start becoming who you are meant to be, you decide, and then you move.
2025 was the root work,the silent, heavy lifting of the “becoming.”
2026 is the harvest.
The mandate is already active: Audacity.
I’m proving to myself that I can master my craft with excellence and still truly, deeply live.
It’s been an adventurous ride so far, I must admit.
While I was busy wrapping up the year, work called and I answered. I had to show up for two different strategic chats that shifted my perspective.
The first was on 13th December with Founders and Investors. It really opened my eyes to the art of pitching, knowing your onions, defending your vision, and being ready with a rock-solid answer when the question “What exactly do you bring to the table?” arrives.
The second on 14th just the second day was with Oil and Gas Experts.
This is where one specific realization became a threshold for me. Listening to industry leaders share their sentiments, one message stood out above the rest: Partnership.
I actually started building a team for Xerxes back in November, but these experiences just made the vision crystal clear. Building a community to achieve a collective goal is the new mastery, and I am genuinely excited about the beautiful things we will achieve together.
Of course, it’s not done until it’s done. The learning for the year continues right up until the 31st.
My arms remain wide open for new opportunities and for more deals to be sealed before the year runs out.
People keep asking me, “Why now?”
Why I waited this long… why I didn’t start earlier… why everything is happening at this moment.
Honestly? I used to ask myself the same thing.
But I’ve realised something simple: sometimes you’re not ready until you’re ready.
In tech, in art, in design, timing matters. You can have the idea, the passion, even the plan… but the conviction doesn’t land until it’s supposed to.
So why now?
Because this is the first time it actually feels right.
Because clarity finally showed up.
Because I’m convinced and the choice you make from conviction is the only real choice.
And that’s really it. No long story.

Two weeks of deep strategy at two very impactful conferences!
The profound eye-opener: mediocrity is out. The future competition isn’t man vs. machine, it’s “humans with AI knowledge replacing those who don’t.” This is the strategic mandate for all.
What I took home:
1. AI Imperative: Corporates must partner with startups (like the validation seen with the Manovar x Sterling Bank launch) to rapidly acquire the AI and specialized knowledge that maintains relevance.
2. Strategic Pivot: We must shift the African narrative: move from advertising products to offering genuine, comprehensive solutions. This is the key to unlocking market-creating innovation.
3. The Growth Mandate: It’s the tough that will be seated. The commitment to discovery and learning is non-negotiable.

The Grand Debut: Chapter 30
For years, I have been in deep development, meticulously designing the blueprint, strengthening the foundation, and gathering the precise materials for the next phase. My inner world was a necessary testing ground, a garden tended in secret.
Today, the structure is complete, and the scaffolding is coming down.
Thirty feels less like an age and more like the Unveiling of the Final Design. I am emerging fully upgraded and inherently secure: Stronger . Smarter. Secure.
This new architecture is built for maximum exploration and zero compromise. This is not just a renovation; it is the truest, wildest, most authentic version of me, ready for deployment across all fields.
If you thought you knew the designer, get ready for the grand opening. I am officially coming outside to build and explore this life in its highest, freest form.
Happy 30th Birthday to me! Living fully and freely. Looking forward with thanksgiving to all the wonderful things that will come!

It feels good to be back, more intentional, more creative, and ready for what’s next.
