once upon a time (4 years ago today) @oceansarrival had its premiere at the @siffnews uptown. making your first feature film at 22 is no joke and no words can describe how much the process of this project meant to me. I canāt thank my team enough for making this film happen, and thank you to my community who came out to support this ambitious story!
A mentor of mine recently told me that the life an artist is always rooted in process over product, and I canāt stop thinking about that. I feel so embolden to be growing in my process as a filmmaker and artist everyday, and I am thankful for everything the process has shown me.
