Meet the Trendie Creators: Gianna.
One of the absolute OG’s who has been here since 2022. Wayyy before I even realised what I was building.
Gianna and I have been long-distance pen pals since 2022. I live in London. She lives in New York. Different cities, same life. We had never met until a few months ago.
We both run social media agencies. We even share a client, shout out to
@resx_london and
@nycresx .
She messaged me out of the blue on Instagram just after I launched
@trendiesocial , asking how I’d made the leap into freelance.
We ended up on a call for over an hour at 11pm UK time. No agenda. Just two girls figuring it out. I told her, “If I can do it, you absolutely can.”
And we just clicked. It felt like meeting the American version of myself, and I loved it.
Since then, we’ve kept in touch. Voice notes, life updates, the chaos and everything in between.
We’ve supported each other through it all, because what we’re building might not be traditional, but it works. And when someone else gets it, you don’t feel like the only one.
About a year after that first call, she launched
@pescecreative . I have been obsessed with watching it grow since.
And when we finally met in New York last September, it just made sense. She’s always got it.
The desire to create a life that feels aligned. To live and build at the same time.
Gianna is the living proof of The Trendie life. Not just the look of it, but the lived version. Because Trendie was never about just content or aesthetics. It’s about how you choose to live. Fully. Freely. Intentionally. Without sacrificing your ambition.
And that’s why I’m building Trendie Club, a space for people like us. A space for the ones creating their own trends, and breaking the rules, tastefully.
I’ve come to call them Trendie Creators.
They’re not following a blueprint.
They’re creating their own.
This is just one story. But there are so many ways to live the Trendie life.
